The certificate
is provided with a unique numbered security hologram that exactly matches an identically numbered hologram on the product itself.
This system guarantees that the certificate belongs exclusively to this specific item. Attempts to remove the hologram will result in irreparable damage, making transfer to another item impossible.

Return Policy
We apply a 14-day return period. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. After approval of your return request, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:in original condition

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days via the original payment method.
