Certificate of Authenticity
Each item comes with an official Certificate of Authenticity clearly stating when and where the product was signed.
Signing Photo
When available, the certificate includes a photo of the athlete or celebrity during the signing session, signing one of the items from the same product line.
In some cases, a signing photo is not available.
The certificate
is provided with a unique numbered security hologram that exactly matches an identically numbered hologram on the product itself.
This system guarantees that the certificate belongs exclusively to this specific item. Attempts to remove the hologram will result in irreparable damage, making transfer to another item impossible.

Germany: 2–4 business days

In most cases, a signature is required upon receipt. Therefore, please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address at the time of delivery. With many carriers, you can adjust the delivery time or have the package delivered to a pick-up point via the tracking link.
Return Policy
We apply a 14-day return period. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. After approval of your return request, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:in original condition
unused and undamaged
returned in its original packaging, if possible
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days via the original payment method.
